Sutton Transport is one of the very few companies that stocks and delivers both hardwood and pine roofing batten throughout Melbourne. They are the only company that has purpose built forklifts to deliver the roofing batten to site when tile transport has also been ordered. The following sizes are permanently in stock and can be paid for and picked up from their yard: (Please note-credit card facilities are not available)

50x25 (2 x 1) Hardwood – Lengths ranging from 3 lineal metres to 5.4 lineal metres

38x38 Pine – 2 set lengths – 3.6 lineal metres and 5.4 lineal metres

50x38 (2 x 1.5) Hardwood – 1 set length - 5.4 lineal metres

Not limited to roofing batten, Suttons also transports a large range of building products, including but not limited to:

Suttons have a fleet of semi’s as well as an 8 tonne tray truck that each carries their own 4WD rough terrain articulated forklift. They can deliver to and around housing sites as well as difficult access sites.

With four of its fleet accredited mass managed vehicles, they can shift up to 24 Tonne with a forklift and 28 Tonne without.

Sutton’s prime focus is customer service as well as accommodating customer’s needs and understands that all jobs are unique, and often present urgent requests or amendments at the last minute. They take the majority of orders for delivery the following day.

Sutton’s deliver predominately in the Melbourne region but also deliver to regional Victoria and on occasion interstate.
